My Plant-based on a budget: Fasting-Workshop is rooted with-in the same principles as the Humility Process, but with a goal of encouraging healthier eating as an affordable alternative.
We fast with the intention of seeking what would be an effective pantry worth building toward in the long-run of our plant-based eating. In the process of 21 days, we edify our understanding of our own experience. Considering carefully, what it is that we're eating & how it affects our body in the process.
Through each worksheet template, we keep record of the process & build toward clarity of our over-all vision for a pantry.
My Clothed with Humility template serves as a roadmap of our journey through any Humility Process.
& so with keeping that in mind, this template is an especially great & helpful guide in both getting us started in our fasting, as well as keeping us motivated in the process of it.
With-in this template worksheet, I've also included some links to bring clarity on a few of my Fasting Principles. These are essentially a series of Freeform blog posts, but they're great for building up your fasting perspective on a basis of faith-based / spiritual philosophies along in your journey!
4-Template package
The goal of my "Plant-based on a Budget: Fasting-workshop" aims at making healthier eating a more afordable alternative.
In the process we'll go through a series of online training courses where we learn:
- The basics of starting your own prep-pantry. In discovering what foods are suitable to your necessity.
-How to budget this pantry system, with the intention of saving you money on a plant-based diet.
Prep-walk through
With this workshop, we discover how we can better align our process of building an effective pantry. This worksheet template serves as a walk-through of that process. We do this through establishing the vision, which then navigates our process in the way of success!
In the process of this worksheet includes:
- A prep- walk through for each dish that makes up your pantry (providing space for budgeting + Recipe tips & procedures).
- Space for you to calculate your calorie intake. (which is my recommended way of determining how much food you should store in your pantry.)
Inventory Prep
